What kind of collateral do you look for?

CAIC is looking for some form of collateral however, we can be flexible. In the case of a property purchase CAIC would look to the property to secure the mortgage. However, we also will consider short terms assets (accounts receivable), fixed assets and personal guarantees. What CAIC is really looking for as collateral is the borrower. Our assessment of the character of the board and management, the level of community support and dependability of cash flows means that CAIC can be less reliant on conventional collateral for its loans.
